Role Description The Senior Counselor is a full or part-time remote role responsible for guiding students through the entire journey of studying abroad, from initial counseling, documentation to admission support. Day-to-day tasks include assessing student profiles, understanding academic and career goals, and recommending suitable programs and universities that align with their aspirations and eligibility.

The Senior

Counselor will conduct detailed counseling sessions, advise on scholarships and funding options, and oversee application process while coordinating with application, Visa,



Loan Team and timelines. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and visa procedures, and accommodation arrangements, while providing clear, accurate information to students and families and ongoing check-ins to ensure student success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Solid student counseling and advisory skills, with experience in academic or career guidance for international education.
- Knowledge of global higher education systems, university admissions processes, scholarships, and funding options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex processes clearly to students and families.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student cases, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
- Comfort working in a remote, tech-enabled environment, including proficiency with online communication, CRM tools, and document management.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and act with integrity and transparency in all student interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in any
