About the Role

Make My Education India Private Limited is looking for an experienced Manager – International Admissions & Counselling to lead our study-abroad counselling team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in overseas education counselling, team management, student recruitment, admissions and visa processes, along with the ability to manage targets and drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor and motivate the Counselling & Tele-calling team.
- Set targets, allocate leads and monitor the counselling pipeline.
- Handle complex and high-value student counselling cases.
- Oversee applications, offers, deposits and visa-file readiness.
- Ensure quality checks and compliance before application submission.
- Build relationships with universities and international representatives.
- Represent the organisation at education fairs, seminars and webinars.
- Maintain CRM discipline and ensure accurate daily reporting.




- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.

What We’re Looking For:

- 6–10 years of experience in overseas education counselling.
- Minimum 2 years of team-leadership/managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of international admissions and student visa processes.
- Experience across multiple destinations is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline; Postgraduate/MBA preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication.
- British Council, ICEF or PIER (QEAC) certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong ethical standards and a student-first approach.

Compensation

Fixed salary based on experience + individual and team performance incentives linked to student visa outcomes.
