About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Business Manager to own business growth for our Hyderabad interior design vertical. You'll lead high-value client engagements, drive revenue and conversions, and work closely with design and operations teams to turn consultations into successful, delivered projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Own monthly and quarterly revenue and booking targets for Hyderabad
- Lead consultations with high-value clients and close complex, full-home projects
- Translate client needs, lifestyle, and budgets into clear design and scope proposals
- Review quotations, pricing, and margins before they go to the client
- Guide and mentor the sales team on pitch quality, negotiation, and conversions
- Coordinate with design, estimation,



and project teams from booking to handover
- Build partnerships with builders, channel partners, and referral sources
- Track pipeline health, forecasts, and MIS reports in the CRM
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and handle escalations

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years in interior design sales, business development, or business management
- Proven record of meeting revenue targets in turnkey or modular interiors
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, costing, and project workflows
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Team leadership or mentoring experience
- CRM proficiency and strong reporting discipline
- Fluency in English; Telugu and Hindi are an advantage
- Design or architecture background preferred, not mandatory
