We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who is ready to take ownership, drive admissions, and grow into a leadership role.Performance-based prospect to move into a team-handling
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and working professionals on suitable Online UG/PG programs
- Manage leads and drive conversions from enquiry to enrollment
- Build robust prospect relationships through calls, WhatsApp & email
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admissions and onboarding
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6+ months of experience in EdTech sales, with mandatory experience in Online UG/PG programs.
- Strong communication, counselling, sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
