Role Description The Senior Architect will lead architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity, functionality, and alignment with client requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves overseeing project planning, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, and guiding junior architects and designers. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing drawings and presentations, reviewing construction documents, and participating in client meetings.

The Senior

Architect will also monitor project progress,



support quality control, and collaborate closely with project management and engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a proven portfolio of built or fully developed projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess relevant technical skills such as Software Development and Integration as they apply to architectural workflows, digital tools, or design systems.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Candidates should possess excellent design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to translate client needs into practical, aesthetic solutions.
- Qualified degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution; architectural licensure or registration is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring junior team members and working in multi-disciplinary environments.
- Experience with hospitality, commercial, or high-end residential projects and familiarity with local codes and regulations in India are highly beneficial.
