Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, technically proficient and responsible Senior Architect to lead and coordinate architectural design for large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable translating complex project briefs into well-resolved architectural solutions, coordinating with structural and MEP consultants, leading drawing production, and working closely with clients, PMC teams and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained through execution.





This is a design-oriented project leadership role, not merely a drafting or documentation position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design development for large-scale institutional, residential, commercial and IT campus projects, from concept through detailed design and execution.
- Develop and resolve architectural plans, elevations, sections, façade concepts and building details in response to project briefs and design objectives.
- Participate in client meetings, design presentations and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape and other specialist consultants to achieve integrated and buildable design solutions.
- Lead the preparation and review of architectural tender drawings, GFC drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
- Ensure coordination between architectural drawings and multidisciplinary consultant deliverables.
- Guide and mentor junior architects, review their work and monitor team deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, PMC teams, consultants and site teams to resolve design, technical and execution-related issues.
- Review drawings and details for design intent, accuracy, constructability and compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables and submission schedules to ensure timely and quality-driven delivery.
- Maintain SPA’s standards of architectural design excellence,



technical rigour and professional documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

- B. Arch degree from a recognised institution.
- 4–12 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project delivery.
- Experience in large-scale institutional, residential, commercial or IT campus projects.
- Strong conceptual design ability combined with sound technical knowledge of building planning, façade design, detailing and construction.
- Experience in independently handling architectural packages and coordinating multidisciplinary consultants.
- Good understanding of tender documentation, GFC drawings, construction detailing and site coordination.
- Ability to engage confidently with clients and consultants and present design solutions effectively.
- Strong communication, leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, responsive and capable of maintaining quality while working to demanding project timelines.

- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- Revit / BIM – Advantageous
- SketchUp
- Photoshop
- MS Office
