Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in Ranchi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the SEO Executive will plan and execute keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building campaigns, and ongoing SEO audits to improve organic visibility and search performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing website content and structure, monitoring analytics and rankings, identifying technical and content-related SEO issues, and collaborating with the content, design,



and development teams to implement best practices.

The SEO Executive will also support social media marketing activities where they intersect with SEO goals, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven strategies to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong keyword research skills and the ability to identify high-value search opportunities.
- Hands-on experience with on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Practical knowledge of link building strategies and ethical outreach techniques.
- Familiarity with SEO audits and the use of tools to diagnose and resolve on-site issues.
- Understanding of social media marketing and its role in supporting overall SEO and brand visibility.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research tools).
- Ability to interpret data, prepare concise performance reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
