Role Description The Scrum Master at Esse India | Canada immigration consultants in delhi | visa consultant delhi will facilitate agile delivery for technology and process-improvement initiatives supporting immigration and visa consulting services. This full-time, on-site role in Canada involves organizing and leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while removing impediments and fostering continuous improvement.

The Scrum

Master will work closely with software developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to refine user stories, maintain the product backlog, and ensure that priorities are aligned with business goals. Additional responsibilities include promoting agile best practices, tracking team performance metrics,



and supporting transparent communication across teams to drive efficient, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and manage agile work, with strong skills in Sprint Planning and backlog organization.
- Proficiency in creating, refining, and managing User Stories to translate business needs into actionable work items.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify bottlenecks, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills for facilitating ceremonies, resolving conflicts, and enabling collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
- Understanding of Software Development processes and lifecycle, with experience partnering closely with engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile delivery role, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
- Relevant certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Qualified Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
