Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Gurugram.

The Sales

Officer will identify and qualify new business opportunities, drive lead generation activities, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for Getepay’s digital payment and commerce solutions. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing merchants, presenting product features and benefits, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting merchants through onboarding. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on sales operations,



maintaining accurate sales records, and contributing to channel sales initiatives with partners and resellers.

The Sales

Officer is expected to meet assigned sales targets, build long-term customer relationships, and represent Getepay professionally in the market.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills in Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, pipeline management, and converting leads into opportunities.
- Hands-on exposure to Sales Operations, such as CRM usage, reporting, forecasting, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Background in Channel Sales, working with partners, resellers, or distribution networks to expand market reach.
- Knowledge of digital payments, fintech, or SaaS solutions is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
