Role Description

Inside Solution is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Anand, Gujarat. This is a full-time, in office role responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Have to work in Anand, Gujarat.

The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, manage client accounts, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role also involves team coordination, market research, and promoting IT hardware, managing marketing campaign and/or leads for the potential clients.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop sales strategies to grow the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify potential clients and maintain follow-up frequency.
- Ability to achieve assigned sales targets on time is preferred.
- Conduct basic market research to understand trends and competitors.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth product delivery and support.
- Support and guide the sales team when needed.
- Need to travel if needed.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership and team management skills are an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and professional email communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience in IT hardware and solutions or technology-related industries is preferred.
