Role Description The Sales Freelancer will work full time on-site in Phagwara, focusing on driving sales and promoting Little Genius Books’ catalog to retailers, schools, distributors, and other partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting product offerings, conducting sales pitches, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing customer support, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and orders.

The Sales

Freelancer will also participate in training sessions, collaborate with internal teams on promotional initiatives,



and prepare regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional correspondence.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client relationship building.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Training and Sales Management, such as guiding team members, organizing product trainings, and tracking performance.
- Previous experience in book publishing, retail, or educational product sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Phagwara, manage time effectively, and operate with minimal supervision.
- Comfort using basic digital tools (CRM software, spreadsheets, email, and presentation tools) to track and report sales activities.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
