- Prospecting and advising clients on air freight rates
- Developing and expanding relationships with new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Drafting service quotations for new clients, participating in negotiations, preparing service contracts, and following up on the contract execution process.
- Performing other tasks as required by the direct Manager.

Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, Import-Export, Foreign Trade, or other related fields.
- Proficient in English for the specialized field (equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or TOEIC).
- Able to use FAST PRO software.
- Proficient in office computing: Word, Excel.
- Able to use management software and write professional emails.
- Keen, dynamic, creative, and confident in work.
- Adapts well to a dynamic and high-pressure working environment.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong situation-handling skills, effective time management, and conflict resolution.
