BrainyBee is looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can take ownership of the sales process, from identifying potential customers to building relationships, conducting product demos, and closing deals.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understanding customer needs, and turning conversations into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential school prospects.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Connect with school owners, founders, directors, principals, and other decision-makers.
- Conduct calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate BrainyBee’s value clearly.
- Follow up consistently and manage prospects throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
- Work toward monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development.




- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Ability to research and identify prospects independently.
- Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- A target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and take ownership of results.
- Experience selling to schools or institutions is a plus, but not mandatory.
