Role Description The Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, responsible for combining technical expertise with sales activities to support automotive clients. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable technical solutions, preparing quotations, and assisting in product demonstrations. The role involves coordinating with internal technical teams to resolve customer issues, providing post-sales technical support, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to understand products, address customer needs, and resolve technical queries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Customer Service to manage the sales cycle, nurture client relationships, and support customer satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in automotive or mechanical products, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and application requirements.
- Diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, automotive, or related field) or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
