Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling sales activities for industrial field instruments, including Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level, and HVAC Transmitters, Switches, and Gauges. You will serve as the core link between field sales, internal technical teams,



and customers to ensure smooth sales execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Order Management: Process incoming inquiries, manage quotations, register sales orders, and track them through delivery.

Client Coordination : Maintain regular communication with industrial clients, understand technical inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of product queries.

Vendor & Supply Chain Alignment : Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of purchases.

Sales Support : Assist field sales engineers with technical data sheets, compliance documents, and commercial proposals.

Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity, pipeline, and order status reports for management.

Qualifications & Key Skills

Technical Knowledge: Prior experience handling Industrial Instruments (Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level, HVAC Transmitters, Switches, and Gauges).

Communication : Robust verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Tools : Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Tally ERP9/Prime

Skills : Excellent negotiation, multi-tasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
