Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Udaipur. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong pipeline of Charge Point Operators and other relevant partners. Daily tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to prospects, delivering presentations and demos, and maintaining effective communication throughout the sales cycle.

The team member will manage relationships with existing clients, provide responsive customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and improve sales strategies. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports, and contributing insights to support YoCharge’s growth in the EV charging market.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience interpreting data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation skills.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and building sales pipelines.
- Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities to analyze competitors, understand customer needs, and explore new market segments.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Background in sales, business development, or related fields, preferably in technology, mobility, or energy sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Interest in electric vehicles, clean energy, and emerging digital platforms is highly beneficial.
