Job Responsibilities

- Drive life insurance sales through the assigned IndusInd Bank branches.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with bank branch staff.
- Generate business through bank customer leads and referrals.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Support and train bank staff on insurance products and sales processes.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Assist customers with policy applications, documentation, and policy issuance.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in banking or life insurance.
- Good communication, customer relationship management, and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work with bank branch teams.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
