About the RoleAs a Sales Associate – Property Advisory, you will engage with customers who use or enquire about Landeed's services, understand their property-related requirements, and help them identify the right solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, relationship building, customer conversations, and working towards measurable targets. You will play an important role in improving customer experience while contributing to the company's revenue growth.

This is a sales and customer advisory role focused on digital property services, not traditional property buying or selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their property-related needs and recommend relevant Landeed services.
- Explain the platform's features, services, and benefits in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant services based on customer requirements.
- Convert customer enquiries and interested users into successful sales.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to improve conversion rates and maintain engagement.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Build trust by providing accurate information and setting realistic expectations.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities,



and follow-ups using the company's systems.
- Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Share recurring customer concerns and feedback with the relevant teams to help improve the customer experience.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer advisory, upselling, or business development.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to understand needs before recommending a service.
- Confidence in handling objections, negotiating appropriately, and closing sales.
- A target-oriented attitude and the ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Positive follow-up, organisational, and relationship management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
- A willingness to learn about digital property services and related customer requirements.
