Role Description The Sales and Marketing Manager – Architect Project and Site Electrical Goods will focus on driving sales for switches, wires, switchgears, and other electrical products with architects, consultants, contractors, and project owners. This is a full-time, in office role located in Hyderabad. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and nurturing long-term relationships with stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, coordinating product presentations and site visits, and ensuring timely project-based order fulfillment.



The manager will collaborate closely with internal teams on pricing, marketing campaigns, and product positioning while tracking market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales and marketing performance.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience managing architect and project-based accounts in the electrical or construction industry.
- Sound knowledge of electrical products such as switches, wires, cables, switchgears, LEDs, and related site electrical goods.
- Proficiency in marketing planning, customer outreach, and basic digital tools for presentations, proposals, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent commercial qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in project sales, channel management, or B2B sales in electrical or building materials is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using CRM or sales tracking systems and standard office productivity software.
