Key Responsibilities

- Robotic Welding Operations: Manage and supervise robotic welding operations for fabrication and heavy fabrication products, ensuring smooth production and consistent weld quality.
- Production Planning & Execution: Plan and monitor daily production activities, achieve production targets, and ensure timely delivery while optimizing machine utilization.
- Robot Programming & Optimization: Oversee robotic welding programs, cycle-time optimization, robot path accuracy, and process improvements to enhance productivity.




- Quality & Safety Management: Ensure compliance with welding quality standards, approved welding procedures, and workplace safety requirements while minimizing defects and rework.
- Team & Maintenance Coordination: Lead production operators, robot programmers, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues, reduce downtime, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Preferred Experience: Robust experience in robotic welding production within the fabrication and heavy fabrication industry, with expertise in production management and robotic welding process optimization.
