Role Description The Restaurant Manager role at Sayaji Hotels Ltd in Chandrapur is a full-time, in office position responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations. The role includes managing staff schedules, supervising service quality, and ensuring smooth coordination between the kitchen and service teams.

The Restaurant

Manager maintains high standards of food and beverage presentation, monitors hygiene and safety compliance,



and handles guest feedback to drive customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve training team members, supporting hiring decisions, optimizing table turnover and revenue, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records of sales and costs. The role works closely with hotel leadership to implement brand standards and contribute to an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, with a focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including menu knowledge, service standards, and hygiene practices.
- Ability to lead teams and participate in Hiring, training, and performance management.
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with guests, staff, and management.
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role in hospitality.
- Knowledge of basic restaurant financials, including cost control, budgeting, and revenue management.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
