We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Relationship Officer to join our Life Insurance Banca team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, educating them about our life insurance products, and assisting them in making informed decisions regarding their insurance needs.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Educate clients about the life insurance products available through the banca channel.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance client engagement.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for policy renewals and updates.




- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding policy details and claims process.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of life insurance products and banking processes.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work in a team.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
