At Outpace Academy, we combine structured chess coaching with personalised growth mentoring. We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to lead our Relationship Team and help students stay engaged in their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide Relationship Executives, assign follow-ups and review service quality.
- Build robust relationships with parents and understand their expectations and concerns.
- Monitor student attendance, engagement and feedback to identify support needs early.
- Coordinate with chess coaches and Growth Mentors to support students.
- Ensure timely class updates,
parent meetings and resolution of concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and support student retention and renewals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree; education, psychology, social work or a related field preferred.
- Experience in parent relations, student support, customer success or education operations.
- Team coordination or management experience preferred.
- Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets and online learning platforms.
- Available during after-school and evening hours.
