Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Rajkot, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements.

The Relationship

Manager will manage and grow relationships with individual and corporate customers, understanding their insurance needs and recommending suitable products and solutions.

Responsibilities include regular customer interactions, policy servicing and renewals, addressing queries and concerns, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and claims support. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems,



tracking customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

The Relationship

Manager will also collaborate with branch and operations teams to support overall business targets while ensuring a consultative and transparent customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in upselling, cross-selling, and achieving revenue or growth targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain insurance concepts in a transparent, simple manner.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM or policy management systems, and comfort working in a technology-driven environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; experience in insurance, financial services, or insurtech is an advantage.
