This role is pivotal in fostering relationships with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to provide tailored financial solutions that meet their business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business loans and banking products, along with the ability to engage effectively with clients to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME and MSME clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
- Promote and sell business loan products, ensuring that clients are informed about the various options available to them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the Mumbai region.
- Prepare and present financial proposals to clients,
addressing their specific requirements and concerns.
- Monitor and analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional banking services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting business banking and loans.
