Role Description The Registered Nurse role is a full-time, in office position located in Mumbai. The nurse will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and coordinating with physicians and other clinical staff to implement care plans. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, educating patients and families about treatment and post-care instructions,



and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

The nurse will also participate in shift handovers, support emergency care when needed, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the nursing home.

Qualifications

- Clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning.
- Knowledge of basic life support (BLS), emergency response, and infection control procedures.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation, use electronic health records, and follow hospital policies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills for collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
- Relevant nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc. Nursing) and current nursing registration with appropriate regulatory body.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment and manage multiple patients with attention to detail and compassion.
- Previous experience in hospital or nursing home settings is preferred but not mandatory.
