3iTech Global is expanding its Talent Acquisition team! We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented Recruitment Managers, Team Leads, and Technical Recruiters with proven experience in IT and Semiconductor/VLSI recruitment.

1. Recruitment Manager / Lead – IT & VLSI

- Experience: 7–15 years
- Lead and mentor recruitment teams to drive hiring delivery across multiple client accounts.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, resource planning, and hiring SLAs.
- Strong experience in IT, Semiconductor/VLSI, Embedded Systems, and niche engineering hiring.
- Proven track record in team management, stakeholder engagement, and recruitment delivery.

2. Senior Technical Recruiters / Recruiters – IT & VLSI

- Experience: 2–8 years
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Experience hiring for IT technologies such as Java, Python, Cloud, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, and Data Engineering.
- Exposure to VLSI skills including RTL Design,



Design Verification, UVM, DFT, Physical Design, STA, Analog/Mixed Signal, and Embedded Software.
- Strong sourcing capabilities through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and professional networks.

- Experience in IT Services, Engineering Services, or Semiconductor recruitment
- Solid understanding of technical skills and hiring market dynamics
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within timelines
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven professionals with a strong delivery mindset
