Role Description This full-time Recruiter role is an on-site position based in Pune Division. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating assessments and final discussions with hiring managers. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, defining job requirements, and building talent pipelines for current and future openings.

The Recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment documentation, use applicant tracking systems,



and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Additional responsibilities include supporting employer branding initiatives, attending recruitment events as needed, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

- Strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and pipeline management.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and common recruitment tools or platforms (e.g., job boards, professional networks).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to analyze hiring data, track recruitment metrics, and use insights to refine strategies and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of best practices in inclusive hiring, employer branding, and candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; professional HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in consulting, technology, or B2B-focused organizations.
