Role Description The Real Estate Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing property operations, including managing residential and commercial assets, coordinating maintenance and improvements, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include handling lease administration, negotiating and renewing leases, tracking rent collections, and maintaining accurate property records.

The Real Estate

Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support investment decisions, optimize occupancy and revenue, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. This position also requires regular site visits, market analysis, and preparation of reports on property performance.

Qualifications

- Robust Property Management skills, including day-to-day operations, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
- Experience with Lease Administration and Leases, covering drafting, review, negotiation,



and renewal processes.
- Solid understanding of Real Estate principles, particularly in Residential and Commercial Real Estate environments.
- Ability to analyze financial performance of properties, including budgeting, rent rolls, and investment returns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using property management or real estate software and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate are an advantage.
- Prior experience in managing multiple properties or projects, preferably in a similar on-site managerial role.
