Role Description The Quantity Surveyor role at SNS Interiors and Consultant is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), assisting with tender preparation, and analyzing costs for interior projects.

Responsibilities include tracking project expenditures, monitoring budgets, managing cost variations, and supporting the preparation of interim and final bills.

The Quantity

Surveyor will collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure accurate measurements,



timely cost reporting, and compliance with contract terms. The role also requires maintaining organized documentation and providing regular cost updates to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in BOQ preparation and quantity take-off for interior works.
