Job Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming raw materials and verify quality as per specifications.
- Perform in-process quality inspections during manufacturing.
- Conduct final product inspection before dispatch.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
- Inspect casting and fabricated components for defects, dimensions, and surface finish.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other inspection tools.
- Support rejection analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).





Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control in the Pump, Casting, or Fabrication Industry.
- Hands-on experience in incoming raw material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product quality control.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, dimensional inspection, and quality documentation.
- Positive observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with relevant experience in pump manufacturing, casting, or fabrication companies will be preferred.
- Must have practical knowledge of quality inspection instruments and manufacturing processes.
- Should be able to coordinate effectively with production and other departments.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 Gross per Month, depending on experience and skills.
