Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi. This role is responsible for designing and executing QA processes to ensure that IT services, solutions, and internal operations meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day activities include developing test plans, performing quality checks, documenting defects, coordinating root-cause analysis, and working closely with technical and project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

The specialist will conduct internal quality audits,



monitor compliance with established procedures, maintain QA documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with stakeholders to refine quality metrics, providing training on QA best practices, and contributing to the enhancement of RTPark’s quality management framework.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to design, implement, and monitor effective QA processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to develop, maintain, and improve organizational quality standards and procedures.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or equivalent industry quality frameworks to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to conduct systematic reviews, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, quality management, or a related field.
- Experience in IT services, software development, or cloud environments with hands-on QA/testing responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with QA tools and documentation practices.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, ITIL, or other quality and service management frameworks is an advantage.
