Role Description The Quality Assurance Tester is a full-time remote role responsible for ensuring the reliability, usability, and quality of digital products and systems supporting India’s Future Investors. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves reviewing requirements and user stories, designing detailed test cases, executing manual tests, and identifying, documenting, and tracking defects. The tester collaborates closely with product, development, and production teams to validate new features, perform regression testing, and ensure smooth releases for web and mobile platforms.

This role also supports continuous improvement of QA processes,



provides clear feedback on issues and risks, and helps maintain high standards of quality for all interactive and audience-facing experiences related to the show.

Qualifications

- Robust Quality Assurance foundation with hands-on experience in Manual Testing and creating robust Test Cases.
- Proficiency in Test Execution, including regression, functional, usability, and cross-platform testing.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, identify edge cases, and diagnose complex issues.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail or similar).
- Understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and release management practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English, documenting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Relevant experience testing web or mobile applications; exposure to media, entertainment, or fintech products is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
