Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role focused exclusively on telecom infrastructure and tower maintenance, based in Indore.

The Quality

Engineer will monitor and inspect tower construction and maintenance activities to ensure adherence to relevant quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. Daily responsibilities include performing quality audits at sites, reviewing work reports and checklists, verifying materials and workmanship, and coordinating with project and maintenance teams to resolve non-conformities. The role involves documenting quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and supporting continuous improvement in tower maintenance processes and telecom site operations.

The Quality

Engineer will also collaborate with civil and electrical teams, vendors,



and clients to ensure that all passive infrastructure work meets required performance and reliability criteria.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, with the ability to design, implement, and monitor quality processes for telecom tower and site maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, including site inspections, testing, documentation, and compliance with industry standards and safety norms.
- Proven capability in maintaining Product Quality for telecom passive infrastructure, ensuring consistency across tower construction, maintenance, and power systems.
- Relevant technical background in telecommunications, civil or electrical engineering, or related field; diploma or degree in engineering or technology is preferred.
- Knowledge of telecom tower structures, passive infrastructure components, and basic electrical and civil works used in telecom sites.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality plans, and to communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and compliance.
- Willingness to work in office at multiple tower locations in and around Indore and to travel as required for inspections.
- Experience in the telecom infrastructure or tower maintenance industry is highly beneficial; familiarity with Indian regulatory and safety standards is an advantage.
