Role Description The Purchasing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery.

The Purchasing

Executive will monitor inventory levels, optimize procurement costs, and ensure materials and products meet quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, resolving order or shipment issues,



and collaborating with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to support smooth operations. The role requires effective communication with vendors and stakeholders to build reliable, long-term supply relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in purchase management, including handling purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
- Candidates should possess procurement skills focused on vendor sourcing, cost negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess abilities in data accuracy, record keeping, and basic use of procurement or ERP software.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain within manufacturing, exports, or corporate gifting is an advantage.
- Solid analytical, negotiation, and time management skills, with attention to detail and integrity in handling commercial information.
