Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sr.

Test Engineer Automation

Testing with strong expertise in QA automation, Python-based automation frameworks, particularly Pytest, and hands-on AI solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks using Python and Pytest.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and automated test suites.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and other relevant testing activities to ensure product quality.
- Build and implement AI-based solutions to address engineering challenges, improve workflows, or solve business problems.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and intelligent automation to enhance quality engineering practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand product requirements, user workflows, and business objectives.
- Translate business requirements and product specifications into effective testing approaches and automation scenarios.
- Analyze test failures, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support defect resolution.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback.
- Monitor test execution results, identify quality risks, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks, testing processes,



and quality engineering standards.
- Ensure adherence to established testing standards, best practices, and engineering guidelines.

Required Skills And Qualifications

- 4 6 years of experience in software testing, QA automation, or quality engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Pytest and Python-based test automation frameworks.
- Good understanding of automation framework design, test strategy, test planning, and test execution.
- Proven experience in building or implementing AI-based solutions.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application to engineering or business problems.
- Solid analytical, logical reasoning, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand product functionality, business requirements, and user expectations.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within an Agile team environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with API automation and integration testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and continuous testing practices.
- Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
- Exposure to LLM-based applications, AI-powered workflows, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience with test reporting, defect tracking, and test management tools.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
