About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Project Manager to drive cross-functional execution and ensure seamless delivery of our premium certification programmes. The ideal candidate will work closely with the founders and coordinate with multiple teams to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

This role requires strong project management capabilities, stakeholder coordination, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution: Own end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:Collaborate with multiple teams, including Technology, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Learning & Development, and Customer Success, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Founder Collaboration: Work directly with the founders on strategic initiatives, business priorities, and critical projects to enable faster decision-making and execution.
- Process Optimisation:Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement processes that improve productivity and delivery efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Ensure clear communication, ownership, and accountability across teams while proactively resolving dependencies and escalations.
- Performance Tracking: Define project milestones, monitor KPIs, track progress, and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate potential delays and execution challenges, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution.
- Programme Delivery: Coordinate activities related to premium certification programmes, ensuring a seamless experience for learners and internal stakeholders.
- Documentation & Reporting:



Maintain project plans, trackers, meeting notes, action items, and management reports to ensure visibility and accountability.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Min. 4+ years of experience in project management, programme management, business operations, or a similar execution-focused role.
- A technical background, preferably a B.E./B.Tech degree or equivalent technical experience.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution frameworks, risk management, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work directly with senior leadership or founders in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or equivalent.
- Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in EdTech, online learning, professional certification, SaaS, or technology-driven organisations.
- Exposure to premium or high-ticket certification programmes and learner delivery operations.
- Experience implementing operational processes, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- * Ability to translate business priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
