Project Manager – Issuer Onboarding & Delivery is a full time role responsible for leading end-to-end onboarding and implementation of issuer projects. In this role, you will coordinate the requirements gathering, planning and timeline management to ensure successful implementation of the project.
You will collaborate with implementation team at the Issuer, work with delivery and certification teams of payment networks like NPCI, Visa & Mastercard, coordinate with Internal product and technology teams and other external partners to define scope, track milestones mitigate risks, resolve issues to deliver implementation of the Issuer program in the most efficient way. You would also be responsible for optimizing onboarding processes, improving communication flows and building issuer delivery framework templates.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution,
risk management and stakeholder coordination.
- Understands issuer processing, integration dependencies and network requirements
- Resolves blockers across internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
Relevant backgrounds include issuer processors, NPCI/Visa/Mastercard and bank implementation teams with demonstrated project ownership.
Experience: Up to 8 years, with significant relevant experience.
Location: Pune preferred; Mumbai considered for an exceptional fit
