Qualification: B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering

Location: Greater Noida West

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Head – Civil with robust expertise in the real estate industry, proven project leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of construction planning, project execution, cost control, quality assurance, safety standards, and timely delivery of large-scale residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end real estate project execution.
- Oversee construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure project completion within defined timelines and budgets.
- Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors,



and internal teams.
- Manage project progress, resolve execution challenges, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Candidate Profile:

- 25+ years of experience in civil construction and project management.
- Strong experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Proven leadership skills in handling large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent knowledge of project planning, execution, quality control, and cost management.

Preference will be given to candidates with extensive Real Estate industry experience.

Minimum 25+ years of relevant experience required.
