Role Description The Production Team Member role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. This role involves supporting daily production activities on the shop floor, including operating machinery, following production plans, and meeting output targets.

The Production Team

Member is expected to monitor product quality, follow standard operating procedures, and adhere to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors and team members, maintaining a clean and organized work area,



and assisting in basic equipment checks or troubleshooting. The role may also involve participating in training initiatives to improve skills and support ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

- Ability to support Production Planning and follow scheduled workflows to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Clear and respectful Communication skills for effective coordination with supervisors and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and familiarity with Quality Control practices to ensure components meet required standards.
- Understanding of basic Production Management concepts, such as workflow, resource usage, and productivity.
- Willingness to participate in Training and continuous learning related to manufacturing processes and safety.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive or precision components, is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, handle tools and machinery safely, and follow safety protocols.
- Minimum high school or vocational/technical qualification; additional technical certifications in machining or production are beneficial.
