Role Description The Production Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves supporting daily production activities, coordinating across production lines, and ensuring smooth workflow from pre-production to final delivery.

Responsibilities include assisting with setup and operation of machines or equipment, monitoring processes for quality and consistency, and reporting issues or deviations to supervisors.

The Production

Associate will help maintain production schedules, follow standard operating procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.



The role also requires adherence to safety and quality standards, accurate documentation of work, and proactive problem-solving on the production floor.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Assistance and working on Production Lines.
- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and basic equipment handling.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including visual checks and adherence to standards.
- Candidates should be easily adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
- Basic understanding of production workflows in creative or media environments is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and follow instructions accurately.
