KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the product roadmap for CareFi’s three core B2C products: Cashless Hospitalisation Finance, Pre- and Post-Hospitalisation Claims Assistance, and Instant Hospital Discharge.

Define product strategy based on user needs, business goals, operational realities, and market opportunities.

Translate hospital, claims, and financing workflows into simple, intuitive consumer experiences across app and digital touchpoints.

Lead product discovery through user research, journey mapping, funnel analysis, and stakeholder inputs to identify the highest-impact problems to solve.

Write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities for cross-functional delivery teams.

Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, growth, and hospital success teams to ship high-quality features on time.

Define and track key metrics across conversion, onboarding, claims completion, discharge turnaround, repayment-settlement behaviour, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Drive experimentation and continuous improvement through A/B testing, data analysis, and structured product reviews.

Build scalable product processes that balance consumer experience, operational efficiency, and compliance requirements.

Act as the product owner for execution,



making trade-off decisions, unblocking teams, and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams.

Own consumer journey design from awareness to onboarding, transaction completion, discharge, settlement, and repeat usage.

Product prioritisation across multiple B2C healthcare journeys with clear business impact.

Responsible for experience quality across app flows, user communication, claims interactions, and post-hospitalisation service journeys.

Product performance dashboards and insights for leadership review.

Cross-functional alignment between product, tech, operations, partnerships, and growth.

IDEAL PROFILE

Strong academic background, with an MBA from a recognized premier institute preferred

10+ years of product management experience, with strong exposure to consumer internet, healthtech, insurtech, or workflow-heavy digital products.

Proven experience owning end-to-end product execution for user-facing products.

Experience working on products involving payments, claims, lending, operations, or complex service workflows is highly preferred.

Thinks deeply about user behaviour rather than requirements, Loves experimentation and is comfortable being wrong

Uses data but doesn't wait for perfect information, one who Can influence engineering, design, business and founders

Healthcare experience is not mandatory << >> Consumer obsession is.
