Role Description The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Software Developer is a full-time, based in Pune. This role focuses on designing, developing custom module for PLM applications and integrations with ERP. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, configuration and customization of PLM workflows, forms and data models, writing clean and efficient code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, engineering, and process improvement.

The PLM Software Developer will also troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, support deployments,



and contribute to documentation and best practices for ongoing product lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in PLM platforms and related tools (e.g., configuration of PLM systems, workflow design, BOM management, Exposure of API usage and change management processes).
- Candidates should possess software development skills such as proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, React, or Python) and experience with APIs, integrations, and version control systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in web and cloud technologies, including basic knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in manufacturing and process understanding.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling close work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or a related technical field is preferred; relevant PLM development experience is must.
