Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Printer Engineer role based in Penukonda (Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, near Penukonda).

The Printer

Engineer will install, configure, and maintain a range of printing equipment and related systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving printer issues, performing routine preventive maintenance, and supporting print production workflows. The role involves coordinating with operations teams to manage printing schedules, overseeing quality checks on printed materials, and ensuring proper handling of bindery and finishing processes.

The Printer





Engineer will also monitor inkjet performance, manage consumables, and maintain documentation of service activities and equipment status.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Printer Support, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various printer models.
- Candidates should possess skills in Print Production and Printing to manage production workflows, quality checks, and output optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Bindery to handle finishing operations such as cutting, folding, binding, and packaging of printed materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inkjet systems, including calibration, nozzle checks, and management of ink and media.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and technical documentation.
- Valuable problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work safely with mechanical and electronic equipment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with production and support teams on-site.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in electronics, mechanical, printing technology, or a related field; prior experience in a print or production environment is an advantage.
