Role Description The Physiotherapist - Home Care role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, focused on providing high-quality physiotherapy services to clients at their homes. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing clients’ physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering hands-on therapy to support rehabilitation, pain management, and mobility improvement. The role involves monitoring progress, adjusting treatment plans, and maintaining clear documentation of sessions and outcomes.

The physiotherapist will educate clients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and preventive strategies, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.



The position requires a client-centered approach, strong professional ethics, and the ability to provide safe, respectful care in diverse home environments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong clinical physiotherapy skills, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques.
- Candidates should possess expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative physiotherapy relevant to home care settings.
- Candidates should possess skills in patient education, including exercise prescription, posture correction, and lifestyle guidance for long-term recovery.
- Candidates should possess clear communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients, caregivers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple home visits efficiently.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work independently, maintain professional boundaries, and adapt to varied home environments safely.
- Recognized degree or diploma in Physiotherapy and valid registration with the appropriate professional council or licensing body is required.
- Prior experience in home care or community-based physiotherapy is highly beneficial; familiarity with basic digital tools or health-tech platforms is a plus.
