About Heights PlusHeights Plus is a specialized limb lengthening surgery and rehabilitation center based in Gurugram, Haryana. We provide height increase surgery, limb length discrepancy treatment, deformity correction, non-union fracture treatment, and comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation.

Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and dedicated Physiotherapist with at least 2+ years of experience to join our team at Heights Plus. The candidate will be responsible for providing rehabilitation and physiotherapy care to patients undergoing limb lengthening and other orthopedic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy and rehabilitation plans.
- Conduct physical assessments and monitor patients' mobility, strength, and progress.
- Provide post-operative rehabilitation for orthopedic and limb lengthening patients.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional recovery.




- Educate patients on rehabilitation protocols, precautions, and home exercises.
- Maintain patient records and modify treatment plans based on recovery progress.
- Coordinate with doctors and the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in physiotherapy.
- Experience in orthopedic or post-surgical rehabilitation is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise therapy, mobility training, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-management skills.
- Ability to motivate patients and provide compassionate, patient-focused care.
- Valid professional registration or licensing, wherever applicable.
