Role Description The Photographer role at Rugs Creation is a full-time, on-site position based in Gharaunda. The Photographer will capture high-quality images of rugs, carpets, and other home décor products for catalogs, e-commerce platforms, and marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include planning and styling product shoots, setting up lighting and backdrops, operating cameras and related equipment, and ensuring consistent visual standards across all images.

The role also involves basic image selection and coordination with the design and marketing teams to align visuals with brand guidelines.



The Photographer is expected to maintain an organized workflow for shoot scheduling, file management, and equipment care.

Qualifications

- Ability to operate professional photography equipment, including DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lenses, and studio lighting.
- Strong product and studio photography skills, with an eye for composition, color, and detail.
- Proficiency in photo editing and retouching using tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Understanding of visual branding and the ability to create images that support marketing and e-commerce goals.
- Good organizational skills for managing shoot schedules, props, samples, and digital asset libraries.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with design, production, and marketing teams.
- Prior experience in product photography, preferably in textiles, home décor, or fashion, is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gharaunda and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing and export environment.
