Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Bhadohi. The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions for clinical appropriateness, and providing clear medication counseling to patients and service users. Daily duties include maintaining and updating patient medication records, monitoring for potential drug interactions or contraindications, and ensuring compliance with relevant pharmacy regulations and safety standards.

The role also involves managing inventory, checking expiry dates, and coordinating with healthcare providers to support integrated care for individuals accessing ManKind’s services.



The Pharmacist will contribute to a respectful, confidential, and trauma-informed setting while upholding high standards of professional conduct.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong clinical pharmacy knowledge, including pharmacology, therapeutic guidelines, and safe dispensing practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in patient counseling, clear communication, and the ability to explain medication usage and side effects in accessible language.
- Candidates should possess abilities in maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and adhering to regulatory and documentation standards.
- Candidates should possess competencies in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, counselors, and support staff.
- Candidates should possess a recognized degree in Pharmacy (e.g., B.Pharm or Pharm.D) and valid licensure/registration as a pharmacist as required by local regulations.
- Candidates should possess a commitment to non-discriminatory practice, confidentiality, and sensitivity when working with individuals affected by abuse or trauma.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy for using pharmacy management systems and electronic health records; experience in community or hospital pharmacy is an advantage.
