We are currently hiring for the position of Parent Relationship Manager (PRM) for Orchids Central School of Excellence (OCSE), located at Ahinsa Circle, Bhilwara (under K12 Techno Services Pvt Ltd).
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who possess excellent communication skills and are ready to grow in a fast-paced workplace.
- Educational Qualification: MBA graduate / final-year MBA students preferred, or any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities, presentable demeanor, comfortable interacting with children and parents,
and proficient with databases/software.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, counseling parents on school programs and policies to drive admissions.
- Guide parents through the admission process, address inquiries, and resolve concerns via phone, face-to-face interactions, and written communications.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with parents, acting as a key liaison between them and the school.
- Manage student records and data in the admission database, and generate required reports to support Zonal Heads.
