Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur, responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall direction for Nagpur Soft Tech. The Owner oversees business development, client acquisition, and long-term growth initiatives across digital marketing, development, and design services. Daily responsibilities include setting company vision and goals, supervising key projects, guiding teams in SEO, web development, and digital campaigns, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

The role involves managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The Owner also supports hiring decisions, shapes company culture,



and ensures compliance with relevant policies, contracts, and industry standards.

Qualifications

- Robust leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills to guide multidisciplinary teams and drive business growth.
- Experience in digital marketing and SEO, including campaign planning, performance analysis, and understanding of search engine ranking factors.
- Background in software, website, or app development environments, with the ability to oversee technical projects and collaborate effectively with technical staff.
- Business development and client relationship management skills, including negotiation, presentation, and long-term account stewardship.
- Financial and operational management capabilities, such as budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients and team members.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach and readiness to take ownership of challenges and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced qualifications or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a leadership, founder, or senior management role within IT, digital marketing, or a related sector is highly beneficial.
